While some people may see an inconvenience as a problem, others see it as an opportunity to get back at their terrible neighbors. One person held this attitude, and it certainly got her far in terms of petty revenge. She lived next to an older couple, who lived above their car restoration business (this part is relevant because their business was fronted right on the sidewalk, running the entire length and width of their property).
